I just wanted to comment here on the fantastic experience we had working with Doug Grieve from Prestige Kitchen and Bath of London. My wife and I recently chose to work with Prestige for our kitchen and powder room renovation, and we couldn't be happier with the end result! Doug worked closely with us throughout the entire process to ensure our vision became reality, and he went well above expectations to deliver the final product on time and on budget (taking into account some of the changes and additions we made along the way!). Doug spent considerable time with us during the design phase to listen to (and look at photos of) our ideas, while making suggestions for options that have enhanced the functionality and aesthetics of the space. We went through many designs until we settled on the final concept, and this gave us confidence moving into the installation phase of the project. He is also extremely meticulous, which was evident in the care he took during the installation phase of the project. He was genuinely motivated to make sure the final product was exactly how we envisioned it. Doug was always available either by phone, email, or in person to discuss details of the project, and always completed agreed upon tasks within the time frame he committed to. He also took into consideration the job site, which we were living in, and ensured it was cleaned up after any work he performed. Doug, in conjunction with our general contractor, has succeeded in delivering to us a kitchen which has really exceeded expectations. There isn't a thing we would change about our kitchen in retrospect. The reviews from our friends and family have been incredible, everyone is truly blown away. Functionality and enjoyment have been restored to a space that was previously a major source of frustration and dysfunction. Obviously, we are extremely comfortable recommending Prestige Kitchen and Bath to anyone considering a kitchen or bathroom renovation.
